To: Abbe Gore 105017.400@compuserve.com >> Thanks for providing all this good information. I am still uncertain how my Tuttle family ties in, but I will figure it out. Interesting that my father ran away from home, Somerville, MA, probably between 1915 and 1919 and went to Sacramento, CA to live with his relatives. They were a Tuttle family very big in agriculture. Apparently they owned a lot of land in Sacramento Valley and they particularly grew flowers to produce seeds. Before me was my father SAMUEL ISAAC TUTTLE (Quincy, MA), then grandfather WILLIAM MANFORD TUTTLE (Somerville, MA) , then great-grandfather WILLIAM OTHA TUTTLE (CT). Thanks for all the contributions you have made in 1999. Happy Holidays. Family names being researched: TUTTLE, PINGREE, WEATHERBEE, STETSON & ELLERSHAW. Any information appreciated. William R. Tuttle, Esq. I have not found anything further back than our James Tuttle who we think came from NY but we have no information on who his parents were or if he had any siblings. Does anyone in your line have the possibility of connecting up with our James Tuttle? Thanks in advance, Abbe Gore 105017.400@compuserve.com >>
