I have a great-grandmother name Ann Janette Tuttle (says Nettie on her gravestone). Information I have about her says she was born in Oakville, NY on 10 June 1839, daughter of Harmon and Catherine (Veltman) Tuttle. She married Augustus S. Holmes in West Winfield, NY on 23 March 1863. Found info on Ancestry.com for a Harmon Tuttle that says he was b. 25 March 1821 (would make him 18 when daughter was born) and d. 1 March 1889 and his parents were Ira Tuttle and Charry Mills. I don't know if this is my Harmon. I find a Harmon Tuttle in Federal Census in Hartwick, NY in 1840 with 1 male 50-60; 1 female 20-30, 1 male under 5 and 1 female under 5. He is in 1850 census under Otsego township. Does anyone have information on either Ann Janette or Harmon? Lucy
