Looking for the children and/or parents of Elsie P.Tuttle born in 1881 near Reed Station, Delaware Co. IN. She married Albert Moore in Delaware Co, IN in 1898. She lived in Mt. Pleasant Twp., Delaware County, IN until 1920 and then moved to Alexandria ca.1923. She died 1923 and buried at Hawk Cemetery in Yorktown, Delaware County IN. Because she was born after 1880 census and married before 1900 census she cannot be found in the census data. I can't wait for the completion of the Rootsweb 1890 census substitute.
