I saw the recent posting on the Tuttle list for a Jay W. Tuttle in Taney Co, MO. My Tuttles were also from Taney Co, MO and so I assume that they are related. I do have one Jay W. Tuttle (Actually John Wesley Tuttle) but the dates do not quite match. All of my Tuttles are online in my gedcom file.
