Good Evening Turner-L, Am posting this in hopes that someone will be able to help me. My grandmother, 3x gr, was Nancy B. Turner., born ?abt 1786 in either VA or TN., she married Wm. Wainwright. On the 1820 census in Lincoln Co., TN., living next door to my Wm. Wainwright, is a Woodson Turner. In checking records I found in the VA County Records Vol. 6, a marriage record for Pleasant Turner and Agnes Woodson married 10-11-1781 in Goochland Co., VA. Can someone please tell me the names of Pleasant Turner and his wife Agnes Woodson's children. Strongly believe (until someone says otherwise) that Woodson Turner is their son. Can someone please tell me if Nancy Turner is the dau. of Pleasant and Agnes? Right now it's making total sense to me that she would be, based on that 1820 census, and the 1781 marriage record. Woodson is on the 1830 census, still in Lincoln Co., TN., and my Wm. and Nancy have moved on to Alabama. Would love to hear from anyone who can shed some light on this. Thank You, Mary Stuart
