It is with deep sadness that I post the obituary for my dear friend and long-time fellow genealogy researcher, Nancy Turner Grogan. Nancy was the initiator of the Turner Surname DNA Project under Family Tree DNA Company of Houston, TX. She worked tirelessly to make the project a success for each member and we will all miss her. For those who might be concerned about the project, I have worked with Nancy on it from the beginning and will continue the project. Nancy now knows all her Turner ancestors and I'm sure she is smiling down from heaven at the rest of us mortals still searching. She was a incredible gal. Thanks Nancy. I love you and will miss you each day I work on this but we will not forget you or let this project falter.
