    3. This is a very long shot but you never know. My Samuel Turner, born 1812, SC, arried in TX 15 Sept 1837, no idea where he was from 1812-1837. He married Emily Midkiff, born 1818 TN on 9 Aug 1839 in Nacogdoches Co, TX. His brother in law, Henry Midkiff, married a lady Eliza (last name unknown) who had been widowed from her former husband, a Mr Odell. Henry and wife lived in Orange Co, TX on 1860 census. Samuel Turner and family were on 1860, Trinity Co, TX census. In that same county were the descedents of a Littleton Turner, born around 1786 I think in SC. Haven't found any connections to this Littleton Turner family but is it likely that you might?
