Well, that's not me but I do have both Franklin and Turners. The Franklins go back to Thomas Barton Franklin from Richland Co,SC, died in 1808, moved over to St Tammany Parrish, LA and then into MS, LA and finally TX. Some of the extended family had went straight into Marion Co, MS. I have found Posey Franklin and wife Cora Turner buried int he Kingdom Cemetery, Lafayette Co., MS, also buried there among them are many Harris'. Do you know if there is a connection? John Lee Turner born in AL married Maggie Franklin in Lafayette Co. Ms in 1870 they are the Turners that are buried in Tula Cemetery, Lafayette Co., MS.
