Is Corsicana anywhere near Trintiy Co, TX? Seems like it is. That is where Samuel Turner, born 1812 SC moved to in the 1850's. It is said we had relatives in AR but not sure who they were. Some of the kids moved back north. John B. moved to northeastern Okla., some went to Arkansas, some back to Kentucky. I have other names under George W., but nothing past them. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Lisa Thank for the reply. As soon as I have a little time I'll answer in more detail. Donald
Lisa I don't have a Madison Turner any where in my files. Sorry. Donald
Hi Lisa, Someone has probably already answered your question by now, BUT Corsicana is in Navarro County. If you go to: http://county-map.digital-topo-maps.com/texas.shtml or http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/maps/texas_map.html you can see a map of Texas counties. Trinity County is a few counties away from Navarro. There are 254 counties in Texas!
