    1. [TURNER] Thanksgiving Dinner-Squire Turner and others

    3. I would invite many Turners from different generations. It seems that I have several "dangling" Turners, but I'm sure that someone can help me put them together. They are: 1) Squire Turner who was born about 1793, married Elizabeth Stone, and lived in Clark Co. KY. He had a daughter, Mary Ann born 1828, who married Thomas Jefferson Hood. The note from Ree6e (11-11-06) interested me because of Clark Co. KY as well as a child of Joseph Turner with the name Sudduth David Turner. T.J. Hood's great grandfather, Maj. Andrew Hood married a Massa Sudduth and lived in Clark Co. so there may have been family connections for some time. I suspect that the Turners came to Clark Co. nearer to about 1810. Any ideas? 2) John Turner and his sister Mary who married Benedict Arnold (b. 1640/41). Who do these Turners belong to? 3) Could this John Turner be the John Turner (b abt 1645) who married Elizabeth Lightfoot (dau. of John Lightfoot and Elizabeth Phillips)? 4) Who is Mary Turner who married abt 1685 Edward Harris probably in Isle of Wight? 5) Who is Mildred Turner who married James Leavell and had a daughter Zuilda (Zerelda?) born 1814? 6) Who is Pass Turner who marries Ann Fulgham (dau. of John Fulgham and Mary Purcell)? 7) How about Thomas Turner who married Martha Joyner in about 1719? and lastly I would invite, 8) William Turner who married Katherine Denson and had the following children: Joshua, William, and Sarah? If any of you can help me identify these Turners, I'll have one of the best Thanksgivings ever. Thank you!!! Sage
