William Melvin Turner - born Jan. 27, 1859 in White County, Ga. - Died May 5, 1929 - married Josie Belle Ward - born Dec. 9, 1883 Alto, Cherokee County, Texas - died Feb.2, 1984 in Jester, Navro County, Texas - they married Sept.25, 1902 - William was married in White County, Ga. before he married Josie Belle Ward.
