Is anyone else researching Edward Turner (1633-1717) of Connecticut? He allegedly was born in England. Anxious to find any proof of this fact. Many web sites mention this, but don't cite the sources of their information. He married Mary Sanford, of Boston, in 1656. Also interested in descendants of Edward through his son John, notably Jedediah Turner or the Reverend Asa Turner, who lived in Franklin, NY in 1792 and was then sent to what is now Ontario, where he started several Baptist churches. Returned to NY and died in Chautauqua County in 1847. Helen Burwell
