Hello, I am starting to research my Turner family history and I would like to see if anyone can help me out. My Grandfather is named Nathan Turner and is from Grand Junction, Colorado. I believe that my grandfather's father was named Oscar and his mother's name was Lorretta. I could be wrong about the spellings of their given names. I cannot find a birth record for my grandfather. I could find a birth record for an Oscar Turner in Huerfano, Colorado in 1879. I don't know much more than that except that I believe my grandfather's family were some sort of ranchers. My grandfather was raised on a ranch. My grandfather is married to my grandmother, Amy Turner whose family is from Ft. Collins, Colorado. both my grandmother and grandfather attended Colorado State University in Ft. Collins. If anyone has any information, I would appreciate it. Thanks! Brad

I think that the last family listing could be my great grandfather. I need to find some information to connect Oscar Turner of Huerfano, CO listed as my grandfather's father.
