Lamar, My Great great grandfather was Aaron Turner ( born abt. 1804 in SC). From what I have been able to find out, he was the son of Thomas Turner. I know that my great grandfather, Marcus Jefferson Turner was born in Henry County and from there his family went to Campbell County and Douglas County. I had someone in Douglas county tell me that they were Indians but they were lists a white. In the picture of my grandmother, as a little girl, she has very small slanted eyes. She had very fair skin. Do you have any history of this family further back than SC. Thanks, Anna
