I compiled a book about the descendants of John William Turner several years ago, and have revised it about 5 times, adding more lines and further info. To add interest and an understanding of the history of the era each person lived, I added a few facts from Chronicle of America, Dorling Kindersley Publishing, Inc. and Chronicle of the World, Chronicle Communications Ltd. It kind of put all things in perspective. The only trouble I have had with my book is that originally I had an index, but when converting the MS Word file to PDF file to put on a CD to have it printed, the pages come out different. The page numbers I have listed in the index are often not the same as what are actually there. Any suggestions?
