Hi Peni, I found a lead for you. RootsWeb reports a Thomas Turner who married Lucy Watford (b. 1863). Go to http://wc.rootsweb.com/ and search for Thomas Turner (spouse = Watford). There is vey little information about them though. You will have to email Sharon Turner, the contact person, to learn more about them.
