Most use Family tree DNA google it on line then check for a turner project as a group member you get a discount...     3. Congratulations Sandra. My family's having taken the DNA testing sure has saved me a lot of wasted time and effort. I was just certain that John Turner of Orange Co, TX and Samuel Turner of Trinity Co, TX just had to be related. Well, the DNA test proved otherwise so I stopped looking there and now I know where to look and for whom and what areas. I have been able to determine there were quite a few cousins of my Samuel in Texas the same time as him.
