Eliza was born on 29 Oct. 1825 in Perton, Wiltshire, England and died 12 April 1911 in Prophetstown, Whiteside Co., Illinois. Richard and Eliza came from England to New York state in 1844 and moved to Illinois in 1856. They had 15 children: 1.
