I am researching my grandfather Walter Thomas George Turner. On his marriage certificate he states that he was born in Fulham, Surrey, London. Father Walter Turner. Mother Martha Strickland. I would like to apply for his birth Certificate but not knowing my history too well could anyone tell me where I start. Is Fulham in London or Surrey. He was Church of England religion so how do I go about finding out what parish he was born in.
