Is anyone working on the Turner line that includes Lewis Riley TURNER who m. Mary Elvira McDowell? It's a long-shot, but there aren't many Elviras out there. Mine was the widowed mother of Anna Jane TURNER (who m. Frank McAllister); she is listed with this family in the Elyria, Lorain Co., OH census for 1910. She was listed as a private duty nurse, age 60, b. PA. I've tried PA counties, but no Elvira as yet. Cheryl
