Now, I would like clarification regarding which of you is researching the TURNERS with siblings: Louisa, Archibald, and Martha. My Turners had ties to the CLARK family, and my GGG grandfather, Vines Turner, b. 1766, Sussex, VA, d. 1811, Franklin Co, NC, had children by those names. Also, "Daniel" is a name associated with a Turner family to which I know I am related. Coincidentally, I've been told that the GGG grandmother of Vines Turner was Judith BURTON who married William HUNT. My Turner line starts with PERRY BURTON TURNER who married MARY ANN ' POLLY' SWEAT IN CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. They had eleven children, GEORGE WASHINGTON, SARAH, LOUISA, ARCHIBALD, ADALINE, MARY FRANCIS, FRANKLIN WOODFARD, MARY BELL, MARTHA S., DANIEL ALBERT and LEE ELLEN.
