Children of James Turner and Elizabeth Edmunds: Martha married Charles LUCAS (possibly by prior marriage, but not likely) William born 26 Aug 1754, died young, probably DSP Edmunds born 12 July 1759, will dated 1784, Sussex, DSP Nancy born 8 Aug 1764, married 27 Sept 1786 William ADAMS, son of Thomas Aams (d. 1770, Surry) Vines born 13 Nov 1766, died bef. 9 Aug 1811, Franklin Co, NC, married 19 Feb 1786, Ann ADAMS, sister of William Betsy born 1 Mar 1773, probably married John SHELL Children of James Turner and Frances Betts Littleton born c Littleberry born 28 Sept 1788, married 3 April 1815, Sussex, Mary Ann WYNNE Other allied families include JARRATT (GERARD), WALLACE, HARGRAVE.
