Hello, List members, Recently, somebody put a URL on one of the mailing lists to a site where you could print out forms for ordering death certificates in any state. I'm told the folks at Vital Statistics in Little Rock want EVERY "I" dotted and every "T" crossed and that you need the correct order blank to get a death certificate. Does anybody on this list happen to know where that site is located. I failed to save the URL I had rather not have to go through the hassle of taking 6 or 8 weeks getting an order blank form from Vital Statistics in Little Rock to order a death certificate.
