I've been monitoring the TURNER line for well over a year now, and I'm just starting to see a flurry of activity on the Adair County, KY line, who came from VA at the end of the 1700's. I'm now interested in going back a few generations. Here's my ancestry from that point. Joseph TURNER, Jr. (born 1780 in VA) married Nancy TUCKER and moved to Adair County, KY where apparently he was a minister (listed as the one who performed several marriages) His father: Joseph TURNER Sr. was born in 1750 in Bedford Co.,VA. died 1800 in Adair Co.
