Thank you for the information. Should you find a Jesse Turner, please let me know. I believe Jesse was born in SC ca 1790 to parents freshly arrived from NC/VA and as a young man he moves to GA - Bullock Co by 1815 and then into Appling Co and his last years he is in Florida (after 1842 - last set of twins born in GA) - Hamilton Co. He dies before the census taker gets there in 1850. Does this match anything you have in the book? Deana Dcost@compuserve.com
