I am looking for a Charles Turner who was living in Cleveland, Ohio in 1917. He married Orpha Taylor between 1910 & 1917 but I do not know where. Orpha Taylor was living in Crawford Co. ILL in 1910. Family story says she had an argument with her sister and got a train and just left. Orpha Taylor was born in WV. When her mother Mary Taylor died in 1917, Orpha is listed in the obit as Mrs. Charles Turner. Orpha may have gone by her middle name which may have begam with B.
