I don't have a Turner from VA to OH but I do have a Turner from NC to OH. Andrew C. TURNER (1820 NC - 1902 OH) m(1) 15 Jan 1840 Ashe Co., NC to Rachel JONES (1817 - 1893) and m(2) 1 July 1894 Catherine BROWN. He was estranged from his family for some reason and moved to Miami Co., OH in 1846. I have a copy of an 1870 letter he sent to my great grandfather, Hugh TURNER, reestablishing contact with at least one family member.
