Helen, I have a Charles TURNER who married a Sarah Ann MOSS in Ashton-under-Lyne about 1838....my gggrandparents...any connection ? I think he was a surveyor; they lived in Cardiff for some time, and ended up in Frampton Cotterell near Bristol. Regards, Anne Chambers South Australia
