Glad that someone on the Turner list has been instrumental in a reunion of some Turners. Wish I could get some help. A marriage is what divided my Turner relatives. My grandmother Lena Turner married an Irish Catholic immigrant and for that her parents disowned her. Lena was born in 1871 in Kentucky. On Lena's death certificate her mother is listed as Turnettie Pemberton and her father as George Turner. Guess they were born around 1850. I have searched the Immigrant list for Turners and the list goes on forever. I remember my grandmother used to visit her brother in Joplin, Missouri in the 1930s and 40s. I believe his name was Lance Turner and that she also had twin sisters who lived in Arkansas and their names were Ada and Ida. Does any of those names ring a bell with anyone?
