Thomas Turner listed with no slaves and 8 free colored James Turner listed with 2 slaves and 11 free colored Silas Turner listed with 1 slave and 6 free colored. ( I have located a marriage for Silas or his son Silas md Elizabeth Barrentine on 5-11-1828 I tend to believe it was his son) Moses T. Turner listed with 1 slave and 9 free colored Robert Turner b 1800-1810 listed with wife b1800-1810 and one son 15-20 James Turner b. 1790-1800 listed with wife n. 1790-1800 and 4 males under 10 and 1 female between 10-15 Mark Turner b. 1800-1810 listed with wife 1800-1810 and one son under 5 Cherry Turner b. 1790-1800 listed as widow with one male between 10-15 and 2 females between 5-10 I do believe that these Turners are brothers from the NC/ SC region Scotland Co., Richmond Co., NC and Marlboro Co.
