I am looking for an unknown TURNER who was born somewhere in Virginia, who married a lady from S. Carolina; they had a son, Francis Marion TURNER, who was born 29 August 1825 somewhere in Tennessee. In 1847, this Francis Marion Turner married Patsy Ann HARRIS SMITH (b. 1827 Indiana)in Chariton Co., Missouri. He fathered 3 children, all born in Chariton Co., MO: Anna E.(1848), Robert W.(1854), and Mary M.(1862) He lived the remainder of his life at Bee Branch Twp., Chariton Co., MO and was buried 10 Jan 1882 at Fairview-McCurry cemetery in Chariton Co.
