    1. Lucinda Turner Gallamore
    2. Alanna Tidwell Rucks
    3. I am looking for information on ancestors of my gg-grandmother, Lucinda Turner. All I know about her is that she married Robert Gallamore sometime before 1873. Their daughter, Luada, b. Nov. 26, 1873, in Texas, married John Veach. The death certificate for Luada states that Lucinda was born in Texas. However, another possible source lists Kentucky as her place of birth. I would appreciate receiving any information on Lucinda Turner Gallamore and would be happy to share information ond the information I have on the decendants of her daughter, Luada. -- Alanna Tidwell Rucks

    3. Marian, We have corresponded before, but I am descended from Smith Turner who (I think) is a son or grandson of William Turner and Comfort Oxford. Recently, I drove up to the Historical Socitey of Pennsylvania and made a copy of the Turner-Parker Pedigree. It has additional information about the branch of the "Chesapeake" Turner family that went to Georgia, but no new information about them in Maryland. By the way, the Turner-Parker Pedigree doesn't mention the marriage of William Turner to Comfort Oxford. That must have come from another source.
