    1. Turner roll/state call
    2. Mary Stuart
    3. Turner ancestor was Nancy B. Turner born abt 1786 in TN, quite possibly Lincoln Co. Nancy married Wm. Wainwrght abt. 1825 in Lincoln Co., TN. Wm Wainwright is on the 1820 census, Lincoln Co., TN. Living next door to Wm. Wainwright on that 1820 census is Woodson Turner. Strongly suspect that Woodson is either Nancy's brother or father. Nancy & Wm. went on to ALA., and then by abt 1850 they are in Ark. Another interesting note here is that on the 1840 census, Lincoln Co., TN there is a Mastin Turner and Nancy and Wm. named one of their sons Mastin. Woodson is still on the Lincoln Co., census in 1830 and 1840 there is a W. H. Turner. So if anyone out there has this Woodson Turner or Mastin Turner in their database I sure would love to hear from you. Mary

Can people on this site most something about where their turners are from and a simple date to help other researchers and myself to connect better within this group.
