Shepperd, from the Committee on Revolutionary Claims, made unfavorable reports on the cases of Samuel Benjamin, Jerusha Flint, Daniel Childress, Samuel Tubbs, and others, sufferers by the massacre at the Wyoming valley, and Elizabeth White, heir of Nathaniel Tucker; which reports were ordered to lie on the table.
