When I originally saw this thread, I wondered if there was any connection with my Tuckers from England, particularly Edward Tucker, who married Elizabeth Mason in 1798 in Hughenden, Buckinghamshire. I do not have any record of them having a son called Samuel, although they did have 9 children between 1799 and 1819.
