I was digging back through my paperwork, and found where Green B. Tucker listed his parents. It was on a Register of Johnson Co, IL dated 2-15-1906. He said he was born in Murry Co., TN and that his father was J.R. Tucker married to what looks like Butts(maybe Betts or Bitts) Green B. was 79 living in Creal Springs, IL working has a carpenter. This was his second marriage. He married Martha Pike (who was on her 5th marriage). I also discovered his Civil War Enlistment papers. dated 9-7-1861 at Shawneetown, IL where he states his place of birth being Spring Hill Co., TN. He was in Company L, 6th Regiment IL Calvary. Is it normal to supply your own horse and equipment? (Which later find out his horse is buried next to him, and his first wife Eliza on the otherside, is this "Normal"?) Also, on his first marriage liscense in Saline Co., IL 6-5-1855, it is the only mention of him being G.B.H. Tucker. Any thoughts? Thanks Nicki
