Well this is certainly a lively list. Fran your Daniel 1797 would be too late to be the Daniels I mentioned. The Daniel in Sumner Co who died in 1814-15 was in War of 1812. The other Daniel also in Rutherford would have to be older to leave a will . But thanks for trying. Now for Brenda ,I have a little more the what I already sent you privately on Green Berry and Alexander. In Wilson Co Tn was Green Tucker b.1794 d.1833 in Wilson married to Pricilla Williams on Jan 12 1817.She was b. 1798.They are both burried in the Tucker cemetery there. And several of their children .Green H.Tucker was in civil war with Co C Tn Cav. But does not give dates for him. Dau Pricilla P. born Nov 8,1853 d Dec 1923 mar J.W.Cutrell . also son Jarrett Tucker who married Martha Patsy White . Then in Roane Co on 1805 tax list and other records are Radford Tucker -John Tucker-Robert Tucker . William Tucker married to Unity( Eunity?) Moore 1813 and John Tucker married Jenny Tucker 1816. In 1818 in Bethel Presb Church was Ann,Jane, and Fanny Tucker. Samuel Tucker kept an Ordinary (tavern) in 1816. On the 1830 census was John,Lewallen,Lidia, and Robert. On the 1840 was Jane Tucker. Special Tax years 1859 was Armistead Tucker,1857 was James Tucker. And in 1850 were Allen (is this Lewallen?) ,John,Paskill ( Pascal),Robert,Thomas. In the Willis Reed Hutherson files in the Rockwood Public Library is family genealogy info on Tuckers and DeSpains but I do not have it. In Cannon Co Tn formed 1836 and what was earlier Wilson,Smith,Rutherford Co Tn is on 1840 census . John Tucker -Eliz.Tucker-Pleasant W.Tucker. Hope this helps someone.By the way my Tucker family always thought we were Scots . They always married Scots too when they weren't busy marrying Indians. But since my Tucker married a McGehee how can I tell what I am. I am short ,red hair, pale grey green eyes and my mother is bald. So go figure, Pat
