    1. My William Tucker
    2. My roadblock is a William Tucker who first shows up in Monroe Co. Ga. 1820-30. There were two Williams in that county which confuses things of course but one stays there through all the censusesthrough 1870 and there are records for him. My william left Georgia and with his family is in Tallapoosa Co. Al. 1840 till his death mid 1850's. Need parents, wife and birthplace. Have the names of children from legal transactions after his death. There was an Elizabeth, Lucy, John, William, Coleman, Jefferson and several others. No notes in front of me. Coleman moved to Union Parish La. where he served in Confederate Army and upon return married and raised his family. His brother Alexander also came into La. several years later. Any help anyone?
