I am still here, too, waiting to hear that crack in the brick wall known as William Tucker whose 2nd wife was Jemima Lewis. He had 2n sons that I know of...Hiram Tucker b. ca 1784 NC & Ira Tucker b. ca 1787 NC. There were probably more children but I do not have any information about them. I have been told in the past that the had a brother, Charles, who came to Alabama with them but have no proof. Hiram & Ira came to Pike Co. AL ca 1821, bringing their families with them. Hiram's wife was Catherine Hendry, daughter of Alexander Hendry & Thankful Cromartie. Ira's wife was Priscilla Carroll, daughter of Jesse Carroll and Mary Gavin.
