Hello, I noticed the posts regarding a William C. Tucker. I have a JOHN TUCKER b. 1780-90 unk who married a CATHERINE . They were in Ashland Co., Ohio. Their children were: MARY b. 1795,Washington, PA, m. John King,MARY died in Elba Twn, Knox Co., IL; JOHN b. 1798Washington Pa, married ELLN ?JOHN died in Brimfield Township, Knox Co., IL, SAMUEL b. 1801 in Washington Co., PA and m. Sidney SMITH. Other children of John and Catherine are: MARTHA TUCKER, JONATHAN TUCKER, NOAH TUCKER, MARGARET TUCKER, THOMAS TUCKER B. 1812 AND DAVID J. TUCKER. SAMUEL and SIDNEY had the following children: JOHN B. 1806PA; JAMES R. b. 1833NE; MARGARET b. 1837; SAMUEL b. 1838PA,m. CLARINDA PARISH, Pott Co., IA; WILLAM , B. 1843 m. ELLEN PHELAN; KING B. 1846IL and SARAH B. 1848IL. I found, what I believe are land records for David, John, Thomas and Noah in Richland Co., Ohio land records placing these people there in 1820-1830's.. While none of the above applies to William C., and thought they might fit into someone's line. Isobel
