Does anyone know of descendants of this Samuel Tucker, son of John (died 1800) I think he may have been in Rutherford Co, NC later. Betty Vaughn Will of John Tucker -1800 Lincoln Co NC In the Name of God Amen I John Tucker of Lincoln County and the State of North Carolina Being of sound mind and memory Do make this my last will and testament and send it to be received by all as such.____ I give and bequeath to my wife Ann during her natural life the house where I now live with all my household furniture. I also give to my said wife her choice of two cows and calfs and my stock of sheep to her her heirs and assigns for ever. I give and bequeath to my son John Tucker all my lands South and West of Buffalo Creek with the Saw Mill including the water and its convenency and my Smith tools and my bald horse to him his heirs and assigns forever. I give and bequeath to my son in law Robert Cherry the tract of land whereon I now live on the North and East side of Buffalo Creek and a straight line from George Wiltenants Corner to the most Easterly Corner of the land that I conveyed to my son Samuel Tucker also my two year old filly to him his heirs and assigns forever.
