    3. Just some random information that I came across and thought someone might find interesting: "The "new frontier" region became Robertson County (Tennessee), adjacent to the Kentucky line. In 1805, a recording of the County's Court minutes says that JOHN TUCKER is bound by indenture to Nehemiah VERNON as apprentice until he arrives at the age of 21." Observation: Since this is in Robertson County, TN, where John Tucker, who married Kesiah Brashears and later Jane Her(r)od lived and since the distribution of his estate and other court actions concerning his children occurred in 1805 and since he also had a son named John, it is probable that this John is the son of John and Jane (Her(r)od) Tucker. In Warren County, NC 1787-1792 Minutes of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions: "Ordered that John Tucker, Daniel Tucker, and William Tucker, orphans of William Tucker, deceased, ages as follows: John 14 years, Daniel 12 years, and William about 9 years, be bound to James ELLINGTON until they arrive to lawful age and to be learned to read and write and the business of a Planter." Warren County, NC 1797-1800 Minutes of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions: "James ELLENTON (sic) and John BURROUGHS, came into Court and made oath that they were present at the house of the said James ELLENTON on or about the seventh day of December last, which a difference took place between DANIEL TUCKER and John WATSON, after which they fought and to bhe best of their knowledge the said DANIEL TUCKER did bite off the left ear of him the said John WATSON." Can anyone identify this Daniel and John and the William that is their father? 3. Hi Joan. I'm pleased to tell you I have found Edward S. Tuckers' parents and grandparents. I'm sure, if you already have it you would have sent it to me. If you want it, let me know and I will send it.
