Thanks, Brenda Some family lore says that Daniel Peterson Tucker had a brother named Thomas Jefferson Tucker. I have always doubted this, but could not exclude it. This posting of yours indicates that there really was a Thomas Jefferson Tucker located in the right place at the right time. It is a bit of new ground for me to look at, perhaps through the Castleberry connection in Henry and Spalding County. I have not had any clues that led me to Spalding County before, and though I have done some limited work in Henry County, I have not pursued it diligently. This seems to open a new avenue of research for me. Thanks. Thanks also for your reference to note 5422. Thanks to Joan and Patty for replying to my quire regarding Stephen TUCKER of Maryland. I am familiar with Zadock TUCKER of Delaware and wondered in the past if he might be related to my Stephen TUCKER. I have information that a TUCKER bible was donated to the Los Angeles Library, so I will see if there might be some information relating to my Stephen being the son of John TUCKER of Maryland. Thanks again, Ginny
Marianne, WHERE did he die in 1953? WHERE were your father and his sister born? What year were they born. Can you find your grandparents on census when your father and his sister were children? You must start with what you know and work backward. What was his name? Where were he and Margaret KEMP married? Where are they buried?
