    3. Benny, this new Nelson has to be related, the name and place, but the only census I have is the 1910, I'm sure that Mary and Nelson had more children than is on it. Do you have additional information on Francis Marion, specifically if he might have served during the Civil War? I am interested in information on any Francis Marion or F.M. Tucker who might have served during that conflict. Thanks, Wendell L. Tucker.

    2. Looking for Lambert Tucker,. born in Virginia, don't know where yet, born in the 1700's...had a son named Martin, born between 1808 and 1814, in Kentucky. Looking for info on Lambert's wife and if Lambert had more than one child. Also looking for info in Martin's wife, Melinda Owens Tucker, born in Tennessee, about 1812. Martin and Melinda had 5 children, I descend from thier son, Egbert. The Tuckers lived in Livingston County, Kentucky. Moved to Mount Pleasant Iowa in 1840, left for California in 1852, where they remained for the rest of thier lives. I have hit a brick wall when it comes to Lambert Tucker. Brigitte Tucker-Ford

    2. Well, my Martin Tucker was born in Kentucky, in appx 1808-1814, and I cant determine where in Kentucky he was born, allthough I suspect it was in Hopkinsville, because I found his father there in the 1820 census. How unfortunate that the census records from that far back do not include the names of the wives and children. I am researching Lambert Tucker, born in Viginia, sometime in the 1700's. His son was Martin. I descend from Martins son Egbert. Brigitte Tucker-Ford

    3. ...How long ago were they in MA? Please give the name(s), and dates for b/d/m/chr. and spouses...for the furthest upline Tucker(s) you can manage, and we may be able to check.... ...there are Two MA Colony/Plymouth Colony Tucker lines I know about...first, the Morris Tucker (the Immigrant) line of Salisbury, Essex County, MA...and another Tucker line from the Plymouth Colony....but give us something to go on!
