Richard TUCKER born 1856 in Bridport, England has been the subject of previous postings by me. However I had thought that he emigrated to the US or Canada. A family member now tells me it was possibly South America, maybe Argentina. The time would have been after 1887 and probably before 1901. He had a family in England, and as far as I know they remained in England. He was a solicitor (attorney) in England (struck off!) but don't know what he may have done in his new life. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I have extensively researched the Tuckers of Bridport so would welcome contact with any descendant, but only Bridport Tuckers. Tucker was a common name in Dorset in the 1800s and I mainly know about the Bridport ones. Sue

I am trying to find more Information on William Tucker Who Married in Red River County Texas in 1855. I know that he died in 1858. But that is the extint of the Inforation I have been able to gather.
