I found this little story in a Fl. paper- did not know if would be wanted by who ever has Utica, N.Y. from the Lakeland Ledger- Tuesday,Nov.3, 1936 The Utica Anti-Horse Thief Association met for its annual get together and found there was nothing to get together about So the members elected Ellis Smith president and went home.
