If there a public forum available for posting updates so that people can be made aware of updates. I noticed the TEXAS-TTTP-L on rootsweb and the Facebook page for the group. I assume these would be the places. Yes/No? Related question. Is the TEXAS-TTTP-L a public list (can anyone join)?
