In most all the cases I know of if a document/book is copyrighted it has the copyright notice somewhere, usually on one of the opening pages. I can't find one anywhere in this one. The date notice is not required to be printed anywhere is 1978. Any books published 1978 and aftewards are not required to carry LOC copyright notice. Usually it is "All Rights Reserved, date" is all that is needed to safegard the copyright.
