Tina Denise Blankenship Sisk, age 45, of Honaker, Virginia, passed away Sunday (April 24, 2011) at her home. Born July 6, 1965 in Richlands, Virginia, she was a daughter of Shirley Stiltner Blankenship of Honaker and the late Arlen Slim Blankenship. She had spent most of her life in the area and was a graduate of Garden High School. Her only daughter, Jodi Caye Sisk passed away the same day. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Blankenship. In addition to her mother, survivors include two sisters, Patty Dye of Gloucester, Virginia and Rita Musick of Honaker; one brother, Keith Blankenship and wife, Rita Faye of Rowe; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Ancil Childress, Rev. Leonard Meadows, and Rev. Arvil Arwood officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, Virginia. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the Honaker Funeral Home after 6:00 PM Tuesday.
