It was right up the back side of Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain cities. "The Dump Fire was started about 11:30 a.m. Thursday by a target shooter. The fire was less than 800 acres Friday morning, but exhibited "explosive behavior" because of strong winds Friday and it more than quadrupled in size." This was 20th fire started by target shooting this year alone in this state. This is over the mountain from Herriman-Bluffdale, to the south. David Samuelsen
